If so, let me give them a piece of advice: Grow Up. You're being given an opportunity that very, very few people on this planet get, namely to get a quality college education. God has endowed you with intellectual gifts and educational opportunities that most people only get to dream about. And yet the best you can do is complain and want to have class cancelled early? Those of you who are Christians, reflect on whether this sort of behavior really honors God and respects those (like Dr. Franklin) who have been put in positions of authority in your life. Those of you who aren't, reflect on whether this is a wise use of time and money and whether you think this kind of behavior really works in the real world. Show up early and prepared for class. Listen well and work hard in class. Work diligently outside of class and strive for understanding. Don't complain. You can do that, can't you? Scott, keep on keeping on my man.
